Graduate Research Assistantships (M.S. and Ph.D. in Precision Agriculture)

The Department of Crop and Soil Sciences at the University of Georgia is seeking qualified applicants for graduate research assistantships (MS & PhD level) in the Precision Agriculture program, with research focused in testing and evaluation of advanced sitespecific and variable-rate technologies to improve application accuracy and placement of crop inputs (seed, fertilizer and chemical).

Graduate Certificate in Agricultural Data Science

The purpose of the Agricultural Data Science certificate program is to produce graduates capable of bridging the gap between the generation, analysis, and interpretation of big data in the agricultural sector. Students with these skills will be critical for improving communication between data generators (agricultural and biological scientists) on the one hand, and data specialists (computer scientists and statisticians) on the other.
